Refund policy

• The Violin Shop will issue a refund on any purchase made within the last 7 days, and will issue an exchange within 30 days for items returned in sale condition. Damage or defect which is the fault of the buyer may negate return eligibility. 
• The customer is responsible for shipping back any returns, except in the case of defective products.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of defective products.
• Note: used strings are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defective product.
